To implement the internationalization goals and foster cross-strait academic exchanges, the Institute set up the International Affairs Section in September 2014. The main tasks of the Section are as follows:<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-primary-hover-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-31d8cdae8674059c26f90d71df8949cc\">\n<li class=\"has-contrast-dark-color has-text-color has-link-color has-superbfont-medium-font-size wp-elements-51e1d8de17c063faed734221efd49795\" style=\"letter-spacing:1.5px\">Strengthening International and Cross-Strait Exchange and Promoting the Internationalization of Academic Research\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-contrast-dark-color has-text-color has-link-color has-superbfont-medium-font-size wp-elements-a729a21159eed92b7852068eb0bc9ff4\" style=\"letter-spacing:1.5px\">Strengthening overseas outreach and exchange activities, and promoting partnerships with sister institutions and international academic collaboration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-superbfont-medium-font-size\">Promoting programs for exchange students and visiting scholars (faculty and researchers).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-contrast-dark-color has-text-color has-link-color has-superbfont-medium-font-size wp-elements-82f71a5aff44ac0b923a5df9897917b0\" style=\"letter-spacing:1.5px\">Coordinating and supporting the Institute in organizing international academic conferences and symposia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"font-size:clamp(14px, 0.875rem + ((1vw -
