Please complete the enrollment process through your enrolled institution. The contact person at our university is Ms. Hung, Yen-Ni at the Health Center, Office of Student Affairs (Ext. 5124).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-superbfont-medium-font-size\"><strong>\u4e8c\u3001\u52a0\u4fdd Enrollment Procedure\uff1a<\/strong><br>\u521d\u6b21\u52a0\u4fdd\u4e4b\u5916\u7c4d\u751f\uff0c\u65bc\u8a3b\u518a\u7e73\u7d0d\u4fdd\u96aa\u8cbb\u5f8c\uff0c\u7531\u5b78\u6821\u586b\u5beb\u52a0\u4fdd\u7533\u8acb\u8868\u9001\u8f44\u5340\u5065\u4fdd\u5206\u5c40\u8fa6\uf9e4\u52a0\u4fdd\uff0c\u9047\u5b78\u751f\u7562\u696d\u3001\u4f11\u5b78\u3001\u9000\u5b78\u7b49\u60c5\u5f62\uf9f7\u5373\uf9ea\u5883\u8005\uff0c\u61c9\u586b\u5177\u9000\u4fdd\uff08\u8f49\u51fa\uff09\u7533\u8acb\u8868\u9001\u8f44\u5340\u5065\u4fdd\u5206\u5c40\u8fa6\uf9e4\u9000\u4fdd\u3002<br>For international students enrolling in the NHI for the first time, the school will complete and submit the NHI enrollment application form to the local NHI Branch Office after the student pays the insurance fee during registration. Students who leave Taiwan immediately upon graduation, suspension of studies, withdrawal, or other similar circumstances must fill out a withdrawal (transfer-out) application form, which will be submitted to the local NHI Branch Office to process the termination of insurance coverage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-superbfont-medium-font-size\"><strong>\u4e09\u3001\u4fdd\u96aa\u8cbb\u7528 Insurance Fees\uff1a<\/strong><br>\u6bcf\u6708\u65b0\u53f0\u5e63826\u5143\uff0c\u6bcf\u5b78\u671f\u65b0\u53f0\u5e634,956\u5143\uff0c\u65bc\u8a3b\u518a\u6642\u7e73\u4ea4\u3002<br>The monthly premium is NT$826.
