Overseas Chinese and International Students Must Obtain a Work Permit Before Working in Taiwan<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u52de\u52d5\u90e8\u8aaa\u660e\uff0c\u50d1\u5916\u5b78\u751f\u5229\u7528\u8ab2\u9918\u6642\u9593\u5982\u6b32\u5f9e\u4e8b\u5de5\u8b80\u6d3b\u52d5\uff0c\u5747\u61c9\u65bc\u958b\u59cb\u5de5\u4f5c\u524d\u4f9d\u76f8\u95dc\u898f\u5b9a\u5411\u52de\u52d5\u90e8\u7533\u8acb\u5de5\u4f5c\u8a31\u53ef\uff0c\u4e26\u9808\u7d93\u7531\u300c\u5916\u570b\u5c08\u696d\u4eba\u54e1\u5de5\u4f5c\u8a31\u53ef\u7533\u8fa6\u7db2\u300d\uff08https:\/\/ezwp.wda.gov.tw<\/a> \uff09\u4ee5\u7dda\u4e0a\u50b3\u8f38\u65b9\u5f0f\u63d0\u51fa\u7533\u8acb\u3002
The Ministry of Labor states that overseas compatriot students and international students who wish to engage in part-time work during their spare time must apply for a work permit from the Ministry of Labor before beginning any employment<\/strong>, in accordance with relevant regulations. Applications must be submitted online through the \u201cForeign Professionals Work Permit Application System\u201d (https:\/\/ezwp.wda.gov.tw<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u52de\u52d5\u90e8\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u7db2\u8def\u7533\u8fa6\u7a0b\u5e8f\u7c21\u6613\u4e14\u6709\u4e2d\u82f1\u5c0d\u7167\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u50d1\u5916\u5b78\u751f\u50c5\u9700\u9ede\u9078\u300c\u7533\u8acb\u5e33\u865f\u300d\u5b8c\u6210\u8a3b\u518a\u5f8c\uff0c\u767b\u6253\u500b\u4eba\u8cc7\u6599\u3001\u4e0a\u50b3\u61c9\u5099\u6587\u4ef6\u53ca\u7e73\u4ea4\u5be9\u67e5\u8cbb\uff0c\u5373\u53ef\u5b8c\u6210\u7533\u8fa6\uff0c\u7533\u8fa6\u7db2\u4e26\u63d0\u4f9b\u300c\u7533\u8fa6\u9032\u5ea6\u67e5\u8a62\u300d\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u50d1\u5916\u5b78\u751f\u53ef\u5373\u6642\u638c\u63e1\u6848\u4ef6\u5be9\u67e5\u9032\u5ea6\u3002
According to the Ministry, the online application process is simple and provides both Chinese and English interfaces. Students only need to select \u201cCreate Account\u201d to complete registration, enter personal information, upload required documents, and pay the review fee to finish the application. The system also offers an \u201cApplication Status Inquiry\u201d function, allowing students to track the review progress in real time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u50d1\u5916\u5b78\u751f\u61c9\u6ce8\u610f\u82e5\u672a\u7533\u8acb\u5de5\u4f5c\u8a31\u53ef\u5373\u5f9e\u4e8b\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u4f9d\u898f\u5b9a\u53ef\u8655\u65b0\u81fa\u5e633\u842c\u5143\u4ee5\u4e0a15\u842c\u5143\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7f70\u9370\u3002
The Ministry further reminds students that working without a valid work permit<\/strong> may result in a fine ranging from NT$30,000 to NT$150,000<\/strong>, in accordance with regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u4f86\u81fa\u6b63\u5f0f\u5165\u5b78\u4fee\u7fd2\u79d1\u3001\u7cfb\u3001\u6240\u8ab2\u7a0b\u4e4b\u50d1\u751f\u3001\u6e2f\u6fb3\u751f\u53ca\u5916\u570b\u7559\u5b78\u751f\uff0c\u5165\u5b78\u5f8c\u5373\u53ef\u5411\u6a5f\u95dc\u7533\u8acb\uff0c\u60df\u4f86\u81fa\u5b78\u7fd2\u8a9e\u8a00\u8ab2\u7a0b\u4e4b\u5916\u570b\u7559\u5b78\u751f\uff0c\u5247\u9808\u4fee\u696d6\u500b\u6708\u4ee5\u4e0a\uff0c\u65b9\u53ef\u63d0\u51fa\u7533\u8acb\u3002
Should a foreign, overseas Chinese, Hong Kong and Macau student been officially enrolled in a school to take courses in a division, department or graduate institute thereof or to take language course(s) for six months or more, the said foreign student may apply for jobs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
