Staff: Ms. Hung, Yen-Ni \/ Ext. 5124.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-superbfont-medium-font-size\"><strong>\u4e8c\u3001\u52a0\u4fdd Enrollment Procedures\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-superbfont-medium-font-size\">\u521d\u6b21\u52a0\u4fdd\u4e4b\u6e2f\u6fb3\u50d1\u751f\uff0c\u65bc\u8a3b\u518a\u7e73\u7d0d\u4fdd\u96aa\u8cbb\u5f8c\uff0c\u7531\u5b78\u6821\u586b\u5beb\u52a0\u4fdd\u7533\u8acb\u8868\u9001\u8f44\u5340\u5065\u4fdd\u5206\u5c40\u8fa6\u7406\u52a0\u4fdd\uff0c\u9047\u5b78\u751f\u7562\u696d\u3001\u4f11\u5b78\u3001\u9000\u5b78\u7b49\u60c5\u5f62\u7acb\u5373\u96e2\u5883\u8005\uff0c\u61c9\u586b\u5177\u9000\u4fdd\uff08\u8f49\u51fa\uff09\u7533\u8acb\u8868\u9001\u8f44\u5340\u5065\u4fdd\u5206\u5c40\u8fa6\u7406\u9000\u4fdd\u3002<br>For Hong Kong and Macao students enrolling in NHI for the first time, the school will complete the NHI enrollment form and submit it to the local NHI branch office after the student has registered and paid the insurance fee. If the student graduates, takes a leave of absence, withdraws from school, or leaves Taiwan, they must complete the withdrawal (transfer-out) application form and submit it to the local NHI branch office for processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-superbfont-medium-font-size\"><strong>\u4e09\u3001\u4fdd\u96aa\u8cbb\u7528 Insurance Fees\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-superbfont-medium-font-size\">\u6bcf\u6708\u65b0\u53f0\u5e63749\u5143\uff0c\u6bcf\u5b78\u671f\u65b0\u53f0\u5e634,494\u5143\uff0c\u65bc\u8a3b\u518a\u6642\u7e73\u4ea4\u3002<br>NTD 749 per month; NTD 4,494 per semester.
