一、投保資格 Eligibility for Enrollment：
持有居留證明文件之外籍生來台就學者，自居留滿六個月時起，即應依法強制參加全民健康保險，請在其就讀之學校辦理參加全民健保，本校承辦窗口：學生事務處 保健室 洪燕妮 / 分機5124。
International students holding a valid Alien Resident Certificate (ARC) are required by law to join the National Health Insurance program after residing in Taiwan for six months. Please complete the enrollment process through your enrolled institution. The contact person at our university is Ms. Hung, Yen-Ni at the Health Center, Office of Student Affairs (Ext. 5124).
二、加保 Enrollment Procedure：
初次加保之外籍生，於註冊繳納保險費後，由學校填寫加保申請表送轄區健保分局辦理加保，遇學生畢業、休學、退學等情形立即離境者，應填具退保（轉出）申請表送轄區健保分局辦理退保。
For international students enrolling in the NHI for the first time, the school will complete and submit the NHI enrollment application form to the local NHI Branch Office after the student pays the insurance fee during registration. Students who leave Taiwan immediately upon graduation, suspension of studies, withdrawal, or other similar circumstances must fill out a withdrawal (transfer-out) application form, which will be submitted to the local NHI Branch Office to process the termination of insurance coverage.
三、保險費用 Insurance Fees：
每月新台幣749元，每學期新台幣4,494元，於註冊時繳交。
The monthly premium is NT$749. The fee for one semester is NT$4,494, payable at the time of registration.
