醫療健保 National Health Insurance (NHI)

一、投保資格 Eligibility：
持有居留證明文件之港澳僑生來台就學者，自居留滿六個月時起，即應依法強制參加全民健康保險，請在其就讀之學校辦理參加全民健保，本校承辦窗口：學生事務處 保健室 洪燕妮 / 分機5124。
Hong Kong and Macao overseas Chinese students holding valid residence documents in Taiwan are required by law to join the National Health Insurance (NHI) once they have resided in Taiwan for six months. Please enroll in the NHI through your school. School contact window: Student Affairs Office – Health Center. Staff: Ms. Hung, Yen-Ni / Ext. 5124.

二、加保 Enrollment Procedures：
初次加保之港澳僑生，於註冊繳納保險費後，由學校填寫加保申請表送轄區健保分局辦理加保，遇學生畢業、休學、退學等情形立即離境者，應填具退保（轉出）申請表送轄區健保分局辦理退保。
For Hong Kong and Macao students enrolling in NHI for the first time, the school will complete the NHI enrollment form and submit it to the local NHI branch office after the student has registered and paid the insurance fee. If the student graduates, takes a leave of absence, withdraws from school, or leaves Taiwan, they must complete the withdrawal (transfer-out) application form and submit it to the local NHI branch office for processing.

三、保險費用 Insurance Fees：
每月新台幣749元，每學期新台幣4,494元，於註冊時繳交。
NTD 749 per month; NTD 4,494 per semester. The insurance fee is collected during course registration.
