【申請資格 Eligibility】
國內外大學或相當之研究機構，擔任教職或研究之現職人員。
Current faculty members or researchers holding positions at domestic or international universities, or at equivalent research institutions.
【訪問期限 Visiting Period】
視研究計畫之需要而定，以不超過一年為原則。
The duration of the visit depends on the needs of the research plan and, in principle, shall not exceed one year.
【申請期限 Application Deadline】
原則上，申請上學期（秋季班）訪問者，請於每年四月底前提出；申請下學期（春季班）者請於每年九月底前提出。情形特殊者，經本校審查同意後，則不在此限。
In principle, applicants for the first semester (Fall Semester) should submit their applications by the end of April each year, while applicants for the second semester (Spring Semester) should submit by the end of September. In special circumstances, exceptions may be granted upon approval by the university.

- 以上資料請以電子郵件方式寄至本校國際事務組業務承辦人。
Please send all required documents by email to the officer in charge at the Office of International Affairs.
【簽證 Visa】
原則上，申請上學期（秋季班）訪問者，請於每年四月底前提出；申請下學期（春季班）者請於每年九月底前提出。情形特殊者，經本校審查同意後，則不在此限。

【申請延長訪問期限 Application for Extension】
請於訪問期限截止日之兩週前提出申請，經校內審查同意後得准予延長，申請延長的時間以不超過1個月為原則，每人限申請一次。大陸地區人士之延長申請，則須依照入出國及移民署相關規定申辦。
Applications for extension must be submitted at least two weeks before the end of the visiting period. Extensions may be granted upon approval by the university. The extension period shall not exceed one month, and each visitor may apply for an extension only once. For visitors from Mainland China, extension applications must comply with the regulations of the National Immigration Agency.
【住宿申請 Accommodation】
依規定核准之訪問學人，如有住宿需求，在本校學者房空間許可下，安排宿舍。單人住宿房收費每天新台幣600元、每月新台幣10,000元。
Approved visiting scholars who require accommodation may be arranged housing in the university’s scholar residences, subject to availability. The accommodation fee for a single room is NT$600 per day or NT$10,000 per month.
【責任及義務 Responsibilities and Obligations】
訪問學者須免費提供一場演講或講座；或是提供於本校研究期間所完成之論文一篇或其研究成果報告。
Visiting scholars are required to provide one public lecture or seminar free of charge, or to submit one academic paper or a research report completed during their research period at the university.
