【境外大學短期研修生】Short-term Visiting Students from Overseas Universities

申請方式及詳情 Application Method and Details：

【申請資格 Eligibility】

國外或大陸地區（含港澳）大學在籍學士、碩士學位學生。
Currently enrolled undergraduate or master’s degree students at universities outside Taiwan, including those in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macao.

【研修期限 Study Period】

短期研修生之研修期間，至少一學期，但不得逾一年。
The study period for short-term visiting students shall be at least one semester and shall not exceed one year.

【申請程序 Application Procedures】

申請上學期研修者請於每年4月底前提出；申請下學期者請於每年9月底前提出。並檢附下列文件由就讀學校或個人向本校國際事務組提出申請，經本校相關學系、學程同意後，由本校發給入學同意書。申請時應填申請表，並檢附下列文件：
Applicants applying for the first semester (Fall Semester) should submit their applications by the end of April each year; applicants applying for the second semester (Spring Semester) should submit their applications by the end of September each year. Applications, together with the required documents listed below, should be submitted by the applicant’s home institution or by the applicant individually to the International Affairs Office of the University. Upon approval by the relevant departments or academic programs, the University will issue a Letter of Admission. Applicants must complete the application form and submit the following documents:

1. 填具申請表
   Completed application form
2. 該校兩位教授正式推薦函
   Two formal letters of recommendation from professors at the applicant’s home institution
3. 申請動機或讀書（研究）計畫（以中文或英文撰寫）
   Statement of purpose or study/research plan (written in Chinese or English)
4. 在學證明書及成績單
   Certificate of enrollment and academic transcripts
5. 健康證明檢查表（包括六個月以內之HIV帶原檢驗報告及胸腔X光報告）
   Health examination certificate (including an HIV test report and a chest X-ray report issued within the past six months)

【費用 Fees】

1. 學分費 Credit Fees：
   短期研修生所修習之學分數，依本校公告之標準收取學分費，每學分1,300元。
   Short-term visiting students are charged credit fees based on the number of credits taken, in accordance with the University’s announced standards. The fee is NTD 1,300 per credit.
2. 雜費 Miscellaneous Fees：
   依當學年教育部所核定之本校學雜費收費標準。
   Charged according to the tuition and miscellaneous fee standards approved by the Ministry of Education for the relevant academic year.

【其他費用 Other Expenses】

1. 住宿費 Accommodation Fee：
   每學期7,500元，另需繳交住宿保證金1,000元。
   NTD 7,500 per semester, plus a refundable housing deposit of NTD 1,000.
2. 網路費 Internet Fee：NTD 1,000
3. 個人生活費、交通費 Personal Living and Transportation Expenses：
   視實際生活需求而定。
   To be borne by the student according to individual needs.
