階段一｜入境前：取得居留簽證 Stage 1 — Before Arrival: Apply for a Resident Visa
出發前，向中華民國駐外館處申請居留簽證後入境。 Apply for a Resident Visa at an ROC overseas mission before departure.
- 中華民國簽證申請表（線上填寫）R.O.C. visa application form (completed online)
- 護照正本（效期 6 個月以上）＋基本資料頁影本Original passport (valid ≥6 months) + photocopy of info page
- 簽證申請表 1 份，黏貼 2 吋彩色照 2 張One application form with two 2-inch color photos
- 學校入學許可正本Original admission letter
- 健康檢查合格證明 正本及影本Health check certificate (original + copy)
- 入學許可/通知 或 在學暨註冊證明、成績單 正本及影本Admission notice or enrollment certificate, and transcripts (original + copy)
- 最高學歷證件（畢業證書及成績單）正本及影本Highest academic credential — diploma & transcripts (original + copy)
- 財力證明 正本及影本Financial proof (original + copy)
- 其他視個案要求之文件Other documents as required per case
• 國外製作之文件須附中文譯本，並經駐外館處驗證（館處未驗譯本者，譯本須經我國法院或公證人公證）。
• 在臺設有戶籍之國民持外國護照入境者，申辦居留前須先至戶政事務所辦理戶籍遷出。
階段二｜抵台後：首次申辦外僑居留證（ARC） Stage 2 — After Arrival: First-Time ARC Application
於移民署學生雲端系統線上申辦。Apply online via the NIA student cloud system.
由國際事務組協助線上申辦。Apply with guidance from the International Affairs Section.
移民署學生系統的帳號（Email）與密碼日後辦理延期時仍需使用，請妥善記錄。建議使用學校 Email（@dila.edu.tw）申請帳號，避免畢業前遺忘聯絡信箱。
Your NIA account (email) and password will be needed again when you renew your ARC. We recommend registering with your DILA school email (@dila.edu.tw).
- 申請表 1 份One application form
- 彩色照片電子檔（.jpg）Digital color photo (.jpg)
- 護照掃描檔（效期 6 個月以上）Passport scan (valid ≥6 months)
- 居留簽證掃描檔（.jpg）Resident Visa scan (.jpg)
- 學生證（加蓋註冊章）或在學證明Student ID (with registration stamp) or enrollment certificate
- 住宿證明Proof of accommodation
階段三｜在學期間：延期 · 異動 · 遺失補發 Stage 3 — During Study: Renewal, Change of Registration, Replacement
文件比照首次申辦（護照、居留簽證、學生證/在學證明、照片、申請表）；費用 NT$1,000，預計 10 個工作天。
登入移民署學生雲端系統，以首次申辦的帳號密碼登入後辦理延期。Log in to the NIA student cloud system with your existing account to apply for renewal.
由國際事務組協助線上申辦。Apply with guidance from the International Affairs Section.
若出現帳號被鎖定訊息，請點選「忘記密碼」重新設定，即可正常登入，無需重新申請帳號。
If your account is locked, use the “Forgot Password” function to reset it — you do not need to create a new account.
⏱ 居留事由變更：得於居留效期屆滿前 30 日內提出。 Address/workplace change: within 30 days of the event. Purpose change: within 30 days before expiry.
- 申請表 1 份、2 吋彩色照片 1 張Application form + one 2-inch photo
- 護照正本＋入國簽證頁影本（效期 6 個月以上、含空白頁）Original passport + visa page copy (valid ≥6 months, with blank pages)
- 居留簽證 正、影本各 1 份Resident Visa (original + copy)
- 學生證（加蓋註冊章）或在學證明 正、影本各 1 份Student ID or enrollment certificate (original + copy)
- 遺失聲明書或報案證明Loss declaration or police report
- 委託他人送件者須附委託書（人在國外/港澳者，委託書須經駐外館處驗證）Authorization letter if submitted by proxy (authenticated abroad if applicable)
