【Application procedure】
Applicants who apply for the first semester (autumn classes) are requested to submit applications before the end of April each year; those who apply for the second semester (spring class) are requested to submit their applications before the end of September each year. The following documents shall be submitted to the school for approval and transfer to this Section, and upon passing the examination, the Institute will issue a letter of consent for admission to the enrolled student.

1.Admission application form
2.Highest academic certificate and transcripts.
3.A letter of recommendation from the attending school or a letter of consent.
4.Research program.

【Expense budget】
Accommodation fee: According to standard school charges, NT$7,500 (double room) per semester.
Accommodation deposit: NT$1,000 (to be refunded before leaving the dormitory after passing inspection).
Internet usage fee: NT$1,000
Personal living expenses: NT$6,000~9,000/month.

Short-term students (Free mover)
【Application】
Application qualification: Students of bachelor and master degrees of overseas and mainland China (including Hong Kong and Macao).
Study period: Short-term study period should not be less than one semester and not more than one year.
Application Procedures: Please apply before the end of April each year for application for the first semester; apply before the end of September each year for the second semester. Attach the following documents to the attending school or file application to the International Affairs Section by applicant. Upon consent of the relevant department and course program of the school, a written admission letter will be issued by the school.
Submit the application form and attach with the following documents:
3.1 Fill in the Application Form.
3.2 Formal recommendation letters from two professors of the attending school.
3.3 Application motive or reading (research) program (written in Chinese or English).
3.4 School certificate and transcripts.

【Expense】
Credit fee: For the short-term students, the credits will be charged according to the standard published by the school, and the charge will be NT$1,300 per credit.
Miscellaneous fees: Will be charged according to the standard miscellaneous fees of the school approved by the Ministry of Education for the school year.
Other expenses:
3.1 Accommodation fee: NT$7,500/semester.
3.2 Accommodation deposit: NT$1,000 (to be refunded at departure after passing inspection of dormitory).
3.3 Internet fee: NT$1,000
3.4 Personal living expense, transportation fee: Depends on actual living requirements.
