本校所有系所及學程皆以全中文授課，並無開設英語授課之學程，所有申請人均須繳交華語文能力證明。

All applications must be submitted online. Applications by e-mail, fax, or post are not accepted.

The registration date and the semester start date shall be as announced in the DILA academic calendar for the 2027–2028 academic year.
All departments and programs are taught entirely in Chinese; no English-taught programs are offered. Proof of Chinese language proficiency is required of all applicants.

Thông báo tuyển sinh sinh viên quốc tế năm học 2027–2028 dự kiến được công bố vào giữa tháng 11 năm 2026. Khi đó, bản thông báo và đường dẫn đăng ký sẽ được đăng tại trang này.

Toàn bộ hồ sơ phải đăng ký và tải lên trực tuyến. Không nhận hồ sơ nộp qua email, fax hoặc bưu điện.
Toàn bộ các khoa và chương trình của Học viện đều giảng dạy hoàn toàn bằng tiếng Trung. Học viện không mở chương trình giảng dạy bằng tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Việt. Mọi ứng viên đều phải nộp chứng chỉ năng lực tiếng Trung.
